Hey guys,
Have a weird one that I might be misreading:
If I do Greyhole -s I get the following:
[alex@localhost ~]$ greyhole -s
Greyhole Statistics
===================
Storage Pool
Total - Used = Free + Trash = Possible
/var/hda/files/drives/bay6/gh: 2751G - 1930G = 681G + 0G = 681G
/var/hda/files/drives/bay5/gh: 2751G - 1925G = 686G + 0G = 686G
/var/hda/files/drives/drive6/gh: 2751G - 1930G = 681G + 0G = 681G
/var/hda/files/drives/bay8/gh: 2751G - 1930G = 681G + 0G = 681G
/var/hda/files/drives/drive8/gh: 2793G - 1969G = 685G + 0G = 685G
==========================================
Total: 13795G - 9684G = 3413G + 0G = 3413G
But if I check the dashboard, I get:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/tr8omjlo54r96 ... shares.JPG
I have 7 usable drives (+ 1 OS for a total of 8)
As you can see, the drives certainly are balanced, but unsure as to why greyhole is only showing 5 out of 7
SOLVED: Confused on pooling
Re: Confused on pooling
That is odd.
Recommend you try removing the missing drives from the pool, then add them back.
Seems like the /etc/greyhole.conf file is missing the drives. Doing the above task should ensure they are added.
Check after that to see if it worked.
