Why is Amahi not supporting ExFat? Is there a package to install that would allow Greyhole to deal with ExFat drives?

We support what the OS allows typically. Does Fedora 25 allow ExFat?

No package that I am aware. Not sure if Greyhole supports ExFat. You would need to check the Greyhole web site.

Can't say I have heard of any user requesting this file system. It may not be very common.
