Yes follow the guidance.

No need to remove Greyhole but I would recommend you uninstall plex-media-server App and disk-wizard App. Once upgraded and things are stable, then reinstall the app.

Good morning.

I did the upgrade and figured I would try to do the transition to the greyhole UI app to see if that will help get greyhole up and running.

I'm following the wiki, and at the Housekeeping step am trying to delete the two lines I manually added under the shares extra parameters. Whenever I remove them then click change they remain there and are not removed. Not sure why but could use some guidance on this.

Thanks.

Clear your web browser cache and see if that helps. Also you might try a different web browser.

You should have probably removed those entries prior to installing the greyhole-ui App. Not sure if that is causing the problem.

There is a work around if this persists, but it will require some database modification which we'd like to avoid.

I haven't installed the Greyhole-UI app yet. Tried clearing the cache and tried a different browser. no luck.

I also notice the following when it view the greyhole log. It showing the following:

No metadata files could be created. Will wait until metadata files can be created to work on this file.

In reading other posts it appear as if a GH directory needs to be created on these drives? Could this be the whole issue?
Can you explain how i would do this?

thanks.

Looks like adding the GH directory on the drives fixed the issue. Log now shows things being copied and saved. Will try to copy some data over again...
