HELP with Grayhole

Postby merpluix » Sun Jun 05, 2016 4:22 pm

Hello, I purchased Greyhole APP for AMAHI home server. After spending few frustrating days with DNS etc., I am finally able to access the all the apps. However, I am having an issue after launching this particular app.
"ERROR: Can't connect to database: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory". I tried rebooting the server many times and no luck yet. I thought migration from Windows HS to Amahi will be a breeze; but not so far! I am hoping you can offer me a solution for my 9 dollar investment!

Thanks

Try as root user:

Code: Select all

systemctl restart mysql
Next check /var/log/greyhole.log for errors.
Also do:

Code: Select all

systemctl status amahi-greyhole

You would need to follow the adding hard drives guidance in the wiki.

Do you mean Amahi 7 or Windows 7?

Is this a new install?

We no longer provide support for Amahi 7, so you will not see new apps or platform updates. The OS is now retired, so Fedora updates have ceased as well.

We encourage users to upgrade to the latest release, Amahi 9 on Fedora 23.
