I have greyhole installed on my HDA. I believe the landing zone is located within the root partition. Whenever I download or transfer something to my shares the root partition fills up. I have to manually do a fsck to clear the partition. is this normal? I am running amahi 8 on fedora 21.
Thanks in advance!

Greyhole and Root partition
Re: Greyhole and Root partition
How are you adding files? Using Windows client or from the actual HDA?

Re: Greyhole and Root partition
File transfers are split between my windows desktop and macbook pro. The biggest problem is when I download to a share via the amahi transmission or sabnzb plus apps.
Re: Greyhole and Root partition
If you are downloading to shares via those apps and using Greyhole, you need to implement Mount Shares Locally service.
Files in Greyhole shares should only run through Samba. This service will ensure they do when being directly downloaded on the HDA. BTW, it's not recommended to point transmission App or sabnzbd-plus App to a Greyhole enabled share due to the amount of read/writes. Best to download to a non-Greyhole location and move them after it's finished.
