New build greyhole not using pool drives

Hi,
I really hope this is just me stupidly missing something (it certainly looks like it and it wouldn't be the first time), but anyway ...
Brand new install of Amahi 8 (no greyhole UI). Have 3 x 3Tb drives installed and can see them fine. Followed the greyhole manual install on the wiki and also the mount shares locally.
All the Amahi shares are visible over the network and locally, but they do not include the space from the 3 drives (most just seem to be 1 or 2MB at most). The log is saying that the config file parsing failed and there is no storage_pool_drive defined. Any clues as to how to fix this, please?
