Understanding LZ

Well things are progressing nicely with my Amahi switch from WHS2011.
Really liking things so far.
I have a question on the LZ for shares using greyhole. I using a program
to backup my Win7 PC to the HDA. The primary drive with the OS and
LZ on it is 250gb, and my Win7 backup file even when compressed is
260gb. I currently have a 1TB and 500GB drives for the storage drives.
So, I moved the LZ for my Win7 backup share to the 1TB drive. I have
the share checked to use the pool with no additional copies. I see that
when I moved the LZ, it created a Win7backups folder on the root of 1TB
drive. There is also a Win7backups folder in the GH folder of the 1TB hd
(drive 1) and in the GH folder on drive2. I ran the Win7 backup and the
file showed up in the LZ of drv1. nothing in either of the folders in the
GH folders on either drive. Today I checked things and found that greyhole
moved the backup file to drive2/gh/Win7backups, but the LZ on drive1
didn't clear out. The backup is still on that drive using 260gb of space. I
thought that GH would clear that.
Am I right?

I've been through the wiki's, but my understanding is that the LZ is a
temp location for the file, until it's moved into a share folder inside one of
the GH folders of the pool drives?
So I expected to see the LZ folder empty.

Well it seems it should have, but maybe for some reason it did not yet. Also could be a bug in the default Amahi Greyhole version installed.

Are you using the latest version 0.9.31? If not, consider upgrading to see if that resolves the issue.

I am not an expert, so maybe the Greyhole author can assist with this one.
