Files missing after folder rename.

I renamed a folder on my HDA using regular explorer on a Windows 7 machine. After the rename, most of the files in the folder disappeared, several did not however, which I suspect is because they are stored on another drive. If you need info on those files, let me know. I tried letting it sit awhile, which didn't help and I also tried running "greyhole -fsck", which also didn't help.

I then ran a debug query on the file and got the following:

Checking the directory, does indeed show the files still exist:

The folder was originally named "Alvin and the Chipmunks - Chipwrecked [Blu-ray][DL]" and was changed to "Alvin and the Chipmunks - Chipwrecked [Blu-ray]", dropping the "[DL]" part.

Would running another fsck with the "-o, --find-orphaned-files" option pick up the missing files again?

No. A very large number of directories have the brackets and I have never had any trouble before.
