Missing Files after Drive Bay Power Failure

Hi --
I am running Amahi on Fedora 14 with Greyhole, with a SansDigital PowerRaid TR4M-B 4-Bay Tower attached. I also have 2 storage drives in my Amahi PC, so both the server itself and the drive bay hold data and content.
A few weeks ago, the Power Supply in the SansDigital died. It happened to be just before I left for vacation, and I couldn't order a new supply until about a week ago.
It arrived today, and I installed the power supply and all things appear to be operating well. EXCEPT that the majority of files that were on the drives in the tower do not show up. In addition, I checked the Shares directory on the server (/var/hda/files folder) and notice that the missing files no longer have the Greyhole "links" shpwing in the folders. I checked a couple of the physical drives, and it appears the files are still there. It would be VERY time consuming to dig out all the files and move them back someplace and recopy, especially since I'm not a strong Linux person.
Is there something I need to do to get the files to show back up in Greyhole (and hence my shares)? Thank you.
