Drive not filling in storage pool

I have 4 drives in my shares, and the last one, drive 3 is not filling up for some reason. It is in the storage pool, selected in shares.

Also what is the easiest way to move the landing zone to my home partition on the 1st drive, the OS portion is only about 45 gigs, and i am moving large amounts of data


Thanks for you help, please let me know if you require any our info, Attach is a screen shot of my storage, the OS partition is kinda full since i just moved a lot of info

Greyhole balances by using the amount of freespace each drive in the pool has available. So it won't start using that third, empty drive until the other two Have less than 458GB available. (The exception to this would be if you're keeping 3x copies of any files -- plus it may also be putting backup meta data on the drive, but that would be it.) So don't worry, it's behaving as expected.
