Understood, thanks. Will do some VM testing first and try it out probably over the weekend.

Just installed a few minutes ago. Seems to have gone well. (Is the warning normal?) Only took a couple seconds to complete.

Initially copied around 7GB of data over from W7 client and seems the same so far. I have been in the process of migrating all data (about 7.5TB) from a WHS and am about to finalize the conversion by pulling the secondary drives from the WHS box and adding them to the Amahi box for greyhole redundancy so I'll have more to report soon. (Soon as I'm confident everything copied properly and I don't need the backups because the data IS mission critical)

This warning should be ok.

Just upgraded, but with a possible hiccup. Things seem to be working fine, but I wonder what the "broken pipe" is related to:

[amahibean@Amahi ~]$ rpm -q hda-greyhole
hda-greyhole-0.7.5-1.x86_64

[root@Amahi amahibean]# rpm -Uvh http://www.greyhole.net/releases/hda-gr ... 3-2.`uname -i`.rpm
Retrieving http://www.greyhole.net/releases/hda-gr ... x86_64.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:hda-greyhole warning: /etc/greyhole.conf created as /etc/greyhole.conf.rpmnew
########################################### [100%]
wc: write error: Broken pipe
[root@Amahi amahibean]# rpm -Uvh http://www.greyhole.net/releases/hda-gr ... 3-2.`uname -i`.rpm
Retrieving http://www.greyhole.net/releases/hda-gr ... x86_64.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
package hda-greyhole-0.8.3-2.x86_64 is already installed

[root@Amahi amahibean]# rpm -q hda-greyhole
hda-greyhole-0.8.3-2.x86_64

Some other user had that too. Can't find where this comes from exactly, but I'm pretty sure it's inoffensive.
