Best way to migrate

I need to migrate to a new Amahi system which is already up and running with Greyhole. I need to move my 5TB of files/folders from the old pooled storage to the new. What's the best way? Right now I have two networks which are conflicting so I'd rather not use Samba trasnfers over the network.

Disconnect the drives from the old system and add them to the new one. You can then follow the wiki guidance.
