Graveyard problems

Postby modem7 » Thu Aug 29, 2013 8:35 am

Hey guys,

My server runs a greyhole -fe every week so I can keep an eye on things, and I've noticed something rather weird...:
fsck report
-----------
Scanned directory: All shares

Started: 2013-08-29 15:48:22
Ended: 2013-08-29 16:01:02
Duration: 12m 40s

Graveyard:
Found 24,854 directories
Found 474,919 files

Landing Zone (shares):
Found 4,509 directories
Found 85,299 files
Found 0 orphans

Attic size:
/var/hda/files/drives/gh/.gh_attic = empty
/var/hda/files/drives/drive4/gh/.gh_attic = empty
/var/hda/files/drives/drive5/gh/.gh_attic = empty
/var/hda/files/drives/drive2/gh/.gh_attic = empty
/var/hda/files/drives/drive3/gh/.gh_attic = empty
/var/hda/files/drives/drive7/gh/.gh_attic = empty

No problems found.
The Graveyard seems to have quite a few files in there.....yet my attic is empty?

Might want to upgrade to the latest version. I think it's 0.9.33. Probably a bug that was fixed.

Will the latest version work on my version of Amahi/Fedora? Thought there were some problems?

If not.....cool!

And just as a backup, how would one downgrade greyhole if the upgrade has issues?

Thank you :)

It should work as long as you use hda-greyhole. If there is a problem, you can do:

Code: Select all

yum downgrade greyhole
as root user.
