Greyhole Troubleshooter - Files stuck in LZ

Postby faulknerm » Sun Jan 29, 2012 2:29 pm

Have copied my output from the troubleshooter commands below.

Issue appears to be that files aren't being moved from the LZ into the pool when an fsck is carried out. I can see the data is still in the LZ (40GB approx, in /var/LZ which is mounted on the 180GB partition), however the output for 7. below shows no sign of the file?

Any idea's appreciated. :)

For one, do a:

Code: Select all

yum update
on your system. You will get many bug fixes, and especially security issues fixes (which Amahi doesn't seem to care about, surprising for a "server" )

Then update to the latest version of greyhole (it has improvements and fixes several issues, perhaps yours is included):

Code: Select all

yum update http://www.greyhole.net/releases/rpm/x86_64/hda-greyhole-0.9.20-1.x86_64.rpm
Finally, do a greyhole fsck again to see if it fixes the problem. Perhaps it will, perhaps not. In any case you will still be left with improvements and security fixes.
