Understand, just wanted to point out details are necessary to better assist you. I recommend you follow the wiki guidance for mounting this drive in your HDA. It will correct your permission issues.

http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Adding_ ... o_your_HDA

If you intend to remove the drive from your HDA, you can remove the line from the /etc/fstab file once you finish copying the files. It is critical you do this before removing the drive otherwise a reboot will cause problems.

Mr Bigfoot I used directions on this link http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Greyhole to copy data from usb drive to greyhole. it did copy it but I can not find it. I tailed log and got below does this means it didn't copy correctly ? also I notice my pool under shares ->storage pool says /home but picture on wiki shows /var/hda/files/drives/sdb1
is this any of my concern ?

Looks like when you installed Fedora, your 2TB drive was installed. This caused Fedora to assign all that drive space to your home directory. It's best to disconnect any secondary drives when installing Fedora to prevent this. Then once you have Amahi installed, connect the drive following the wiki. That ensures its a secondary drive and not tied into the default Fedora user file structure.

You may need to start over to fix it. An advanced Linux user could probably do it, but being a noobie it might be rather complicated.
