First: I have 3 drives.
1) /var/hda/files 25GB total 7GB available 17GB used
2) /var/hda/files/drives/drive1 146GB total 112GB available 28GB used
3) /var/hda/files/drives/drive2 458GB total 417GB available 18GB used
I have ALL my shared files set to keep 2 copy
Initially I've started with one drive (copy some files),after add one more(set as 2 copy of all files) and one more again.
First 25GB beeng used as LZ for new files. Initially they was included in pool.
problem I have - even tho I removed first spot from pool it still do not have copies of all files ( obviously 28GB on drive1 and 18GB on drive2) and begining 25GB not cleaned itself form thous files.
running greyhole --fsck not helping - did it few times already.( Corrections - after last run of -fsck its 28GB used on drive1 and 30!!! on drive2 - but it still not the same - bu close.
I really like to have all files as 2 copy on both drive1 and drive2 and keep first 25GB of /var/hda/files for LZ only.
My last attempt to fix this was puting all 3 in a pull, leaving only 1 file for each share setting (use pool/no copies) and rerun greyhole --fsck
It gave me NO changes!!!! SAME DRIVE USAGE !!!! - thats mean it did not delete extra copies fro nether or drive.
I also tried greyhole --rebalance (not sure if i spell it right HERE - I found it in other post and used it but not sure f it was balance or rebalance) and even tho all my HDD different size - it left all unchanged.

SOLUTION
run as root:
greyhole -l <-- to balances (remove all from smallest drive rebalance free space on all drives - in my case - clear LZ)
greyhole -fsck <-- to check and rebuild greyhole
greyhole -a <-- to lean the attic ( without it all extra copy will still use space on your drives!!!)
Second. (resolved) Few hours ago my Win7 stop showing files in /Music and /Backup folders. It's still show it in DOC (that was actually files from first transfer which endup on that 25GB disc)
But not /Music - it show all folders structure - but not files.
I've checked on server itself - files are there!!!! but i cant see them from Win7.
I've tried to fix like it mentioned here : http://bugs.amahi.org/issues/show/766
I've reset user and did greyhole -- fsck
It did not helped at all.
Lets say I have 2 users "user1:users" and "user2:users"
If I do chown -R user1:users /var/hda/files only user1 if login to access HDA files in Win7 can see it files - user 2 - only folders without files.
And if I do user2 - well user1 one cant see files!!!
It was RESOLVED
finally by using this command (weird - they not in that issue bug fix report - got lucky to find this in forums.)Now all users can see files in WIN7
chmod 0775 /var/hda/files/drives/drive1
chmod 0775 /var/hda/files/drives/drive2
