Interest in beta testing

Postby alstair » Thu Sep 24, 2009 12:28 pm

Hi guys,
I recently installed amahi on a spare box at home and have loved everything about it. As such I would really like to help in the beta testing.

I've been running fedora for the last few years on my personal boxes, so I'm not a complete newbie, and I have my undergrad in applied computer science, so I know my way around the software side of computing.

Hope I can be of some help!

welcome alstair!

what areas do you like most?

do you like programming in ruby (most of our stuff is ruby/ror)? perl? php?

do you like to make themes?

do you like to package apps?

do you like to help with documentation? wiki? screencasts?

I've done little with php and even less with ruby, never had a problem writing documentation/wiki stuff though.
