I've finished my testings (Attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 copy over - correctly - my vlc patch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

streaming: works fine!;
download: works fine with transmissioncli 1.50 and tornado! But in case you have more than ~20 torrents and you want to start em all, you have to wait for a longer time (thanks to the line sleep(3);)...
sfv: works;
decompressing archives: OK;
wget downloads: OK;
fluxcli: OK;
Transfer statistics: problem with transmissioncli. Transmission send the correct downloadspeed, but doesn't write to the statistics.
injection of metafiles: OK;
testing of the integrated Filemanager: OK (for example chmod, downloading files...);

copy over - correctly - my patch and release b4rt. Get a nice thumbnail (the red hydrant/inside my dropbox-folder) and a screenshot

Glad things are working good. There is no need to foot stomp the patch, I get it and intended to use it. Maybe I missed something, but was not intentional.

As for the graphic, unless I can find one similar to what I have I am reluctant to change it. Our policy is to go with the official software logo.

Our release schedule for this app is sometime next week, providing nothing else comes up. Thanks for all your help in getting this one tweaked.

EDIT:
I have updated the patch files. For some reason they were not all correct. I also noticed there was an extra one, so I added it as well.

As for the logo, I decided to combine the best of both to give it some class :) Hope you like it.

Let me know if I caught it all finally. I hope so :D

BTW, can you do a new Screenshot and upload it for me to your dropbox? I would like to show the new skin.

Thanks for the graphic. Its now updated. I was hoping you tested the Amahi install as it is now and its working correctly.

If not, please let me know. Thanks again for all your assistance.

Hi!

Unfortunatly I did a big mistake during my test reports. I wrote (Posted: Wed Nov 16, 2011 8:51 am) that tf-b4rt and the vlc-patch works proberly only with red-round. Thats not true, it works with all themes. Sorry. I just tested tf-b4rt without checking the files (at this point the patched files were corrupted)

However, its in my opinion no longer necessary to keep tf-b4rt in beta state... Everything works with any theme

EDIT: I uploaded the patched transmissioncli for fc16 i386
EDIT 2: the picture looks great!!! :)

Hello,

We moved it back to beta due to app install errors many users were receiving. Until we can pinpoint why it fails, we want to keep it isolated.

It works fine for me too, but this is one of those hard to find problems it seems.

Can I help somehow? I'm not a Linux beginner.

Would you mind if you give me tf-b4rt testers privileges? Would be great to see tf-b4rt released ;)
