GLPI and OCSNG

Postby mciv » Sun Jun 12, 2011 4:25 pm

I've read through the installation instructions for OCSNG and its connection to GLPI but before attempting any of this I was curious if anyone had done it or if anyone was working on a one click install? I handle the computers for a small private school on a pseudo paid plan and it's difficult to keep track of computers, software, etc. GLPI with the automation provided by OCS I think would work great.

Hello,

GLPI is a one-click install app.

http://www.amahi.org/apps/glpi

I have not seen OCSNG though. Do you have a link? We might be able to package it as well.

Here is a site that walks through the whole installation.

Awesome, I will see what I can do to update the Amahi version of GLPI to work with OCSNG. Would be a nice app if I can get them both working together as a one-click app.

I did not realize GLPI was in the Fedora repo. I install it from source.
