Finally, the Fedora operating system installed on my laptop .
But there is a problem that I do not know how to connect to the Internet in Fedora .
(with the Ubuntu operating system works very well and I'll connect with wireless)
What wireless driver for Fedora packages must be installed.
What is the name of packages to install manually ? (on DVD)
I am using Fedora 14 .
thanks.
Wireless in Fedora - Newbie
Re: Wireless in Fedora - Newbie
This is a Fedora specific driver and nothing to do with Amahi. Recommend you search the Fedora website and forums.

What an interesting answer.

and perfectly valid. What an interesting answer.
Amahi is mostly userspace programs and as such only uses fedora as it's base. This is a real Fedora issue, and on the Fedora IRC your problem might be responded to within a few minutes.
Windows analogy: you wouldn't ask Adobe how to install your Windows wifi driver either...
That said: are you trying to use the Wifi network card as your primary network connection?
Because the Wiki states that that's not recommended.
