Amahi 5.3 RC3 - calendar area improvements and fixes

Hi, more improvements and fixes bring out this new RC3, with hda-platform-5.2.34!
Thanks to the efforts of Guillaume, aka Mouton, the Amahi 5.3 page has the latest RPMs listed automatically.
Changes in this one include
- a revamping of the calendars area to more easily publish "empty" calendars that clients can use to publish/subscribe more easily. to test, create an empty calendar or two and try to subscribe to it (and perhaps publish to it).
- some UI improvements to make the interface a bit nicer and consistent. try creating a share or a user now, should be a bit smoother.
