Thanks for the info. I will look into this more tonight. I have an F9 32-bit VM I can test it on. This could be a F9 issue. I did my testing in F10 when I built the app and not F9.

I will let you know the results/fix if there is one available.

mciv,

Your best bet might be to upgrade to F10, alot of people developing are only testing in F10 and the new release of Amahi currently only works on F10 as well.

Its easy to upgrade, stop by the irc channel and we can walk you through it, very very simple.

No loss of data reported yet, but im not saying that it cannot happen, so backup any extremely important files before doing this.

Best way to upgrade is from the DVD ISO.

I finally updated to Fedora 10 and with some help in IRC I was able to get the HDA updated to version 4. Unfortunately Keepass continues to display a page reading Index of /

No files are listed. I have removed the certification and when revisiting https://hda:8443/ it does ask me to get the certificate which I do and all seems well but never a login page. Java is up to date and there is still a redirect. Below is the log file.

Hello,

Do you have Java on your client machine you are using to access KeePass? The reason I ask is we had someone with a similar problem and they did not have Java on the machine they were accessing it with.

If so, then more troubleshooting is needed. I am often in the #amahi IRC if you wanna stop by for on-the-spot assistance.

There have been some minor revisions to WebKeePass. The hope is this will fix the issues those who have not had a successful install encountered. Please give it a try when you get a chance and let me know if it resolved your issues.

If not, please stop by the IRC or post your troubles here so we can try to work them.

EDIT BY BrandonK1989: Another thing to make sure to look at is Clear your browser cache, that will make a difference. Also, UNINSTALL the version you have now and reinstall the new one.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but . . .

I have cleared browser cache, uninstalled and tried the new version. The install seems to start correctly but when it gets to "Saving Application Settings. . . " it just spins and spins. I've tried twice with the same result. I let the install run for ten minutes and twenty minutes respectively.

There were some problems with amahi.org last night. The behavior you mentioned with the install is abnormal and could have been related to the interruption of network connectivity with amahi.org.

Can you please try again. This time, after install reboot before doing a reinstall.
One user who had problems before now has it working. Hope it does for you.

Uninstalled. Rebooted. Installed. Cleared cache. Same blank directory listing loads in web browser. Apache issue?

No, not an apache error.

What browser? (version, Java version, OS/Version)

Besides the info needed above, what is the URL showing in the web address bar of your browser? If you are receiving a blank directory page, that makes me think it's not redirecting to the proper place.

Since there are no files in the KeePass HTML directory, that is where it sounds like it's going. Also, a few more questions:

a. What other apps are installed?
b. Did you modify anything with apache or your hda install manually?

There could be other apps using the same port. If you restarted the hda since installing, did you follow the wiki guidance to start KeePass? It does not automatically start on reboot.

Just trying to understand your system to better recommend how to make this work.
