Default OpenVPN setup

Hi,
As part of my job I need to connect to a couple of remote networks using OpenVPN on my laptop. The VPN servers in both cases are Synology boxes.
When I'm away from home I want to connect to my HDA, also using OpenVPN on the same laptop. However, the problem I have is that when I install the Amahi OpenVPN client, it overwrites the default OpenVPN installation and I then can't connect to the other two networks.
Is there a way to connect to the HDA using a standard OpenVPN install? Or vice versa, connect to the Synology boxes using the Amahi OpenVPN?
