SOLVED: OpenVPN not connecting

Postby tomtheappraiser » Sat Oct 22, 2016 8:44 am

I'm testing access to my HDA via openvpn for the first time. I looked at the troubleshooter to see if any of the error messages were in there and I didn't see any. Here is the log from my connection.

Is your HDA running all the latest OS patches? If not, might want to do:

Code: Select all

dnf update
Also ensure your router does not have any firewalls enabled. You can check the HDA by doing the following:

Code: Select all

systemctl stop firewalld systemctl disable firewalld systemctl stop rolekit systemctl disable rolekit

Glad it's working now.

Will mark this as solved.
