I'm testing access to my HDA via openvpn for the first time. I looked at the troubleshooter to see if any of the error messages were in there and I didn't see any. Here is the log from my connection.

I should say that I'm testing it from outside my network with a different IP configuration than my home ip. For instance theirs is not in the form of 192.168.x.x

Is your HDA running all the latest OS patches? If not, might want to do:
Also ensure your router does not have any firewalls enabled. You can check the HDA by doing the following:
