Login Logs

Where is or how to configure to have all login user log. I need this to verify if a user make logon days ago for example. I would like to have if is it possible to know what did the user do.

Not sure if this is in place. You could check the /var/log folder for logs. There is one for OpenVPN called openvpn-status.log or the messages log might yield some info.
