So I've set up my Amahi and got the VPN connection up and running. If I use Windows 7 with HDA Connect 3 everything works perfectly! However, if I use my iPhone with GuizmOVPN I can only access my HDA by using the LAN IP of 192.168.1.10 so I can't get access to my Apps. For example, I really want to use the VPN to keep an eye on Transmission but the only way to access it is by using http://transmission/ but if I type that into my iPhone browser nothing happens and it just times out.
Is there any way to get access to my Web Apps through IP addresses? or does anyone know how to fix my issue?

Right now, only OpenVPN is fully working with Amahi. Most phones require rooting to connect using OpenVPN. Web-apps are not accessible via IP address, only URL.
IpsecVPN is being worked now, but its still early in testing/development. See the wiki for more info.

I've have a go with IPsec and see how I get on.
I thought GuizmOVPN used OpenVPN?
Thanks for The reply mate.

Hi Bigfoot65, I saw that the IPSec app hasn't been verified with Android. May I give it a whirl on my HDA/DroidX?
Thanks,

while using Guizmovpn in the settings (second page) there is an option for DNS Configuration. At one time my option for "DNS Push" got turned off and this caused the same issue for me. Make sure this is enabled and you should be able to connect to any web app just fine.
