Android OpenVPN not working....one last error

I have a motorla droid1 and I am using openVPN installer and open vpn settings. I can get almost through the entire process until the :get config" and then it results in:

Failed Linux ifconfig failed: could not execute external program

or if I mess with preferences the error becomes:

Code: Select all

Failed Linux ifconfig failed: external program fork failed

My ****.ovpn file is:

I use hda connect on my work pc fine. That is wehre I got the three files for the droid from. I am using the phone wifi to my work network which is where my hdaconnect is running to my hda if that matters.
