yep me too. it doesn't matter that it's not there as it's easy to install. i'm just suprised it ain't included yet.

out of curiousity, how many sb's have you got? i've got an sb3, 3 x booms, 1 x duet and ipeng on my iphone. great bits of kit! for a set of small speakers, try the audioengine A2's..... they are a class above!!

It was one of the main reasons for going AMAHI for me to run squeezeserver. It ran ok in v4.2, although I upgraded to 7.4.1 manually after the webinstall. I could still use the url http://squeeze to access it.
I never realized that you would be releasing V5 with 1/3rd of the apps broken! Until I installed V5, that is. IMO that is not done. People depend on certain apps, upgrading should at least ensure working apps to continue working. :o

I added the squeezecenter repo in F12 and then installed the latest version with the add/remove programs in F12. You can access it with //hda:9000 in Firefox on any computer in the same domain.

not sure if amahi alters the apache config automatically but it's easy to put a redirect/alias into it to cure this should you wish to access via http://squeeze

do you find that squeezecentre runs better under amahi than windows? i think it's much more responsive and couple with amapache, it's all i need.

Squeezebox Server is currently in testing. It was not functional in F12 initially, but has since be fixed. I anticipate it will be released to live soon.

Hello all. It's nice to hear that SB app is coming soon. in the meantime I'm back using Amahi 4. I have a duet device only ( I live in a small apartment) and I'm thinking getting a SqueezeRadio too. Here in Norway you can get another radio with the same functionality AND DAB, but not sure I can use squeezeserver with it.

hi pluscool...... don't do it. stick with the squeeze devices. personally, i wouldn't bother with the squeeze radio. i've got 3 x booms and they are great. the sound and power of them is awesome. any sqeezedevice will run any radio station and the boom will most certainly be better than the radio.
how are you getting on with the new firmware for the duet contoller? it's come a long way since it's launch.

Hi Lou1z, Thanks for the advice I'll look into the boom :-)
I'm using 7.4.1 firmware and is working ok. I have some problems with some radio-streams stopping after 3-5 min I'm thinking it could be the quality of the stream it self.
I'm having good sound quality out of the controller.

Do you stream your music outside your network via internet? I'm thinking in trying that (with Amahi tunes) or is better other way? maybe softsqueeze?
