Nextcloud - access to existing shares

I have just upgraded to Amahi 10 (using upgrade guide from 9 and it worked well!) and installed Nextcloud 11 app.
I am just getting familiar with Nextcloud, but I don't see any option to setup access to my existing shares/files. Is that not possible?
Do I have to manually move all of my files under the Nextcloud installation folders for them to be visible in the app?
