Disk Wizard not updating

I have the Disk Wizard app installed and I added 2 new 4GB drives for Greyhole. I used Disk Wizard to partition and format them and it shows them in Disk Wizard with the nice pie chart showing 100% available.
Since then, I have added almost 2GB of data to Greyhole and eZ Server Monitor shows different % free space available than Disk Wizard. It seems Disk Wizard is not refreshing in real time?
