I have downloaded Amahi for Android into my Samsung phone, but I can only get access to my Amahi server using the administrators login and password.
I would like to be able to allow all my users access to the server via Amahi for Android / IOS depending on their device, but do I have to set a switch somewhere to allow users to have remote access, or how do I get the user level logins to be accepted for remote access from a phone?
Thanks

This is not a frequent request, but we should definitely implement this feature.
We filed this bug to
give access to all users in the mobile apps, specifically Android.
Our development of the mobile apps has stagnated a little bit. We need to re-gain the pace on that.
Thanks for taking the time to ask for it!

Amahi successfully installed the system on the server.
Then I installed the Amahi Android applications on my phone and my tablet.
The Android application I start, then I can sign, but the menu does not load Shares of shared items.
In Amahi dashboard I set the visibility of shared folders, not spend anything for the Android application.
Please help me!
Thanks

You need to install the
amahi-anywhere App.

Already I installed the Android application. I can also enter the ID with me, but under the Shares menu item does not display anything.
I do not see the shared folders.
I'm sorry, I do not speak English well.

I found Amahi for Android very confusing when I first used it. You have to log in with the username and password you would normally use to log into the Amahi.org dashboard.
You also need to check on your HDA dashboard under the Shares tab that all the shares you want to see have 'Visible' ticked.
You should then be able to see all the shares the administrator has access to on your Amahi for Android app.
I had expected users to be able to log in using their HDA passwords to access their own shares from their own devices, but it seems that functionality has not been created yet.

lready I installed the Android application.
The app I was referring to is the app that you install on the server. Both are needed in order to work.
So did you install the
amahi-anywhere App on your HDA?
