I recently install transmission to my hda and was able to access the webui immediately afterwards, however a couple of minutes later when i tried, i am unable to access it and get the Service Unavailable error.

Try checking /var/log/amahi-app-installer.log for errors. Also did you log off the app or just close the browser?

I have tried reinstalling and rebooting several times, also tried uninstalling the transmission daemon from terminal.

this was the only error i can find: Starting amahi-transmission (via systemctl): Job for amahi-transmission.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status amahi-transmission.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
