Multicraft Web Access?

Postby gdukin » Wed Dec 09, 2015 6:59 pm

I'm using the Multicraft app to run my Minecraft server. However, I'm trying to see if I can get to the control panel remotely (via the web). I can't use VPN, as I want to access it at work (where I can't install VPN software onto my laptop).

If I log into my HDA remotely and click the Multicraft link, it tries to open it up on my home domain name (multicraft.<domainname>.com) which doesn't work externally.

I've tried going to <name>.yourhda.com/multicraft without success (this page doesn't exist).

Thoughts? Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Or is this just impossible, and I need to be inside my network to make it work?

Recommend you consult the hosting a website guidance in the wiki. There are steps for exposing applications outside your network.

Please be aware this is not secure and you must understand the risks. VPN is the best solution.
