Sickrage - 503 service unavailable

Postby phreaq » Mon Sep 21, 2015 11:59 am

anyone having issues with SickRage? I'm getting a 503 Service unavailable error, and the service shows stopped on the HDA Servers page.

here's the results when I run

Code: Select all

systemctl status sickrage.service

Code: Select all

Looks like it's running.

There are very few users who have this app installed as it's not LIVE for Amahi 7 or 8. Still in testing.

Have you tried manually stopping the service, then starting it?

Also since it's not LIVE, would be best if you submitted a bug report vs posting here. Provide details of the issue and any solutions you have tested.

BTW, we provide little or no support for Amahi 7 apps since Amahi 8 has been released. Recommend you consider updating so we can continue testing and get this app stable for promotion to LIVE status.

Just performed a test install in Amahi 8 and all is working fine.

Recommend you check logs or capture what is failing for the service. Please submit a bug report indicating the issue.

I will take a look then and try to diagnose the issue.

Did an app upgrade for the Amahi 8 version of SiCKRAGE. There were a few changes to how it handled things in the previous version. Now those should be taken care of in the latest update.

For those who are testing in Amahi 8, please uninstal/reinstall. BTW, if you don't want to lose your settings, recommend you back up the .sickrage folder located in the app directory.

If things are working correctly, we can release this one soon.
