I installed clearBudget - app and I can't figure out how to use it - it looks promising, however it appears the developer turned the lights off and went home. As well as putting the domain name clearBudget.net up for sale.

does anyone know of a help file or link they could share?

I am not aware of any documentation. Did you check /var/hda/web-apps/clearbudget/html directory? I did a quick search on the internet and did not see much.
