Hello all,
I have created a CrashPlan test app and think I may have it working for Amahi 7. I need a few testers though. I need to test it with Linux, Windows, and Mac CrashPlan Desktop clients.
Anyone interested, please PM me your amahi.org user name. BTW, you will need a CrashPlan account to test.

does this latest crashplan app add web ui functionality, or does it still require the command-line setup to decide what directories is uses as source and target?

No web UI.
The configuration requires 2 simple changes and use of the CrashPlan client app for completing setup and configuration. One command line on the HDA and the other on the client machine, specifically Windows in the wiki example. Hopefully someone can provide for the other clients.
I doubt there will every be web UI unless there is some one who wants to develop one. I am not too good with web UI development or I would take a shot.
Hope to test it tonight myself and see if things will work as designed. There is additional guidance in the wiki for the 2 steps by the way if you are interested.

You have been added.
Once the app is installed, you will need to follow the wiki guidance to complete. Unfortunately for a headless install, CrashPlan client has to be installed on another machine.

I will help with the testing. Will be testing on Win Mac and Linux clients. Hope to use this as a commercial solution for my IT clients.
