SOLVED: todoyu no access on login

Postby yaochaos » Fri Feb 21, 2014 2:26 am

Hello,

I'm trying to use todoyu. After install with the app manager everything works fine. I created a project and added two users and deleted the admin user (might be the reason). Now when I login to any of those two users, I get a webpage with the following message:

Code: Select all

No Access You have no access to the requested data Go back to last page Ups! If you think you should have access, report the following data to your todoyu administrator: Request URL: / Missing Right: portal / general:use TIME Fri, 21 Feb 2014 03:19:44 -0600
Remove and reinstall seems not removing anything. Is there a way I can do a clean remove and start over?

Thanks for your help

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling again. Made a change that should correct your issue.

Recommend changing the admin password, but do not delete it. This may be a required user for the software.

Reinstalled and the app loads correctly. Created new accounts, and login with new accounts still give me the same no access error. Apparently if the an account is not admin, I'll get that error. After I set everyone to admin it works fine. Not sure if this is a bug. Thanks the help to get it back running :D

Please file a bug at https://bugs.amahi.org and I will take a look. It may be a software bug with the app. If so you will have to contact the app vendor for support.

Maybe something related to file access rights? :?
