Transfer apps from old Amahi account?

Postby diggityDawg » Mon Feb 17, 2014 7:09 pm

I decided to upgrade to Amahi 7 this weekend. I think the only way to do it is to create a new login on Amahi.org for the updated installation, so I did that. Now everything went fine (still learning some of the Fedora differences, but that's another post...), but I realized I can't install any of the old Amahi apps I have paid for already because I'm using a new account. How do I go about merging the old account with the new account? Sorry if this has already been answered, I couldn't find any posts on it.

Thanks!
Eddie

You have to email support. The old account will need to be deleted. BTW, You did not need to create a new account.

I will email support, thanks. Of course I won't be able to find it now, but I could swear I saw a note somewhere saying you recommend creating a new account for each install... I now see the link, "Start building a new HDA" on the HDAs page...

No we never had said to create a new account. It was stated to create a new HDA profile vs reusing an existing one.

Your account can do 2 I believe unless you are a paid subscriber.
