Multicraft installed, but will not start a minecraft server

I purchased Multicraft and it installed on Amahi 7 on Fedora 19. When I go to the web interface I can login with the default "admin" and "admin". I setup a basic server, all default and then clicked start. It will not start. I checked the console and this is what it reads:

Code: Select all

25.12 15:07:59 [Multicraft] Loaded config for "Default Minecraft Server" 25.12 15:07:59 [Multicraft] Starting server! 25.12 15:07:59 [Multicraft] Loading server properties 25.12 15:07:59 [Multicraft] Server stopped 25.12 15:07:59 [Multicraft] Retrying server startup 25.12 15:07:54 [Multicraft] Server stopped 25.12 15:07:54 [Multicraft] Failed to obtain process information: no process found with pid 0 25.12 15:07:54 [Multicraft] Is Java installed and in the PATH environment variable? 25.12 15:07:54 [Multicraft] Failed to start server: [Errno 2] No such file or directory 25.12 15:07:54 [Multicraft] Server executable "/usr/bin/java" not found, server startup might fail!
Before I manually install java, is there anything I need to know about why it did not load java? Or is there a special place or procedure for installing the correct Java and in the correct place? I like this interface and do not wish to break anything by hacking around manually. Thanks for any help.

Well, I thought I would try:

yum install java

It worked! The server runs and I can connect. I would like to use the ftp server part of Multicraft but it does not seem to be working. I imagine it conflicts with something in Amahi. I might mess around and try to figure it out. Unless someone knows how to configure the FTP part of Multicraft, specifically how to get it to work on an Amahi HDA. Thanks.

Since this app is LIVE, please file a bug report. We need to ensure it works upon install without the extra step.
