Jinzora PHP problem

Installed Jinzora from the dashboard. The login screen comes up and I plug in the default user and password (admin, admin). The next thing that comes up is
PHP does not have iconv() support - cannot convert from to UTF-8
I did find this posting that lists the same problem

but I am not sure how to apply this kind of fix.

Please file a bug in the issue tracker and assign it to me. I will see what I can do to correct the problem. Provide as many details as possible.

Uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. Still getting the same message after logging in. Sorry

Can you please update the bug? I will see about modifying the app more, but this might be something that needs to be addressed with the app developer. I have been unable to reproduce the error.
