I'm positive I'm typing my user name and password correctly because it works in other areas on the HDA.

AjaXplorer gives me: Cannot find user, please try again.

eXtplorer gives me: Login failed, try again.

What could be the issue?

Don't use your Amahi user name and password. Apps have their own login credentials as listed in the special instructions for the app. When you installed it, there are details listed there.

It is typically admin/admin.
