Energy Saver not recognizing Android phones Wi-Fi [Resolved]

Amahi energy saver is not recognizing my two android phones on its list of "Hosts available in the network" even though the devices appear in the active DHCP leases in Amahi. Even when directly inputting the MAC addresses into AES, it shows the devices as inactive. Strangely, the server has also stopped responding to WOL packets sent by wireless devices.
However, I remember that both of these symptoms were not present for the first week after installing Amahi and AES. I distinctly remember the phones appearing at one point in AES, and I could successfully send WOL packets to the server from my wirelessly connected notebook.
Any ideas about what is going on here? Potentially something with my wireless router? I have not changed anything on the router in the time that this has started to occur.
I have a cable modem that is connected to a 16 port unmanaged gigabit router and the the wireless router and Amahi server are both connected to the 16 port router. Nothing is connected to the wireless router's LAN ports.
