Has anyone had any problems installing this from the app store?

I get to the home page via http://tiki but it says it has been installed correctly, but there is no way to get to the admin page to configure.

Did you read the special instructions after install? They tell you the log in credentials. You select the login and you will be prompted to change the password. Once done, the admin console will show at the top.
