Sickbeard 503 fresh install

Postby irishxlink » Sat Sep 24, 2011 9:48 am

I recently noticed sickbeard on the One-Click market and gave it a shot. Im running fedora 12 and it was a recent install as of about 1 week ago. Nothing was installed on it other than some Rocket Raid drivers and SAB.
Im getting a 503 error.

I looked at this http://forums.amahi.org/viewtopic.php?f ... 829#p16829 and at http://forums.amahi.org/viewtopic.php?f ... onf#p15992

I tried "ps -ef | grep sickbeard" but it doesn't show a process from apache.
I have tried uninstalling it from the dashboard and re installing. Any suggestions?

Note: SAbnzbd is working fine.

Check the app install log in /var/log directory. Due to change in packages, this might not be compatible any longer with Fedora 12.

Yep, means it did not install correctly. Might need to uninstall, reboot, and then install again.

Still no luck. I think I'm going to give in and admit defeat. In the next week i will just do a fresh install based on Fedora 14 and will post if I have any issues. After all the installation process is so simple.

Did a fresh install with Fedora 14 and everything went great. Not sure if it fails with Fedora 12 or not but it works perfect with Fedora 14. Just to give an update.

Awesome. I just realized that the app install script was not compatible with Fedora 12. That was the problem, so I have removed it from Fedora 12 access.
