Can't get to AjaXplorer

I had no problem installing AjaXplorer on a plug.

However, when I try to start the app, I get the following errors in dialog boxes:

First:
ERROR:sesion_start(): open(var/lib/php/session/sess_tiigs0uhviivmlb39bdhsrhvb5, 0_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13)

Then:
Exception caught by application : sesion_start(): open(var/lib/php/session/sess_tiigs0uhviivmlb39bdhsrhvb5, 0_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13)

Followed by a totally blank page.

I tried removing and reinstalling the app but this didn't change the behavior.

I don't have a problem with any of my other apps.

Any ideas how to fix and allow access?

Check the app install log for errors. Also, after you uninstall try rebooting before installation. Not sure why you are having issues, but it could be dependency issue. Sometimes plug apps do not work as they would on a regular HDA due to the differences in architecture.

Tried uninstalling, restarting & re-installing. No change in behavior.

Before uninstalling, there was content in two log files:

/var/hda/web-apps/ajaxplorer/logs/error_log

Didn't find an install log (but perhaps I looked in the wrong place).

After re-installing, both these files were empty.

Still stuck and can't get to AjaXplorer.
