Access to HDA Dashhboard

Hi,

My access to the HDA dashboard recently became wonky. At browser typing the server ip address brings me to the Amahi login ... and login without problem. Only when I start to get into "setup", it will give me a "Application Error ... The application has found an error. you will be forwarded shortly" page and the browser page keep continuously reloading. I also have "Web-apps proxy " installed at the dash. If I excuted that first and try to go into "setup" i.e. web address now shows "http://apps-proxy.home.com/setup?sub=se ... ab=setting" I can then access setup with no issue....

Anyone can explain to be why and how to fix this?

hmm, the application error is a severe issue.

can you email support (at this domain) the output of the following command (immediately after the error happens - NOT after has been looping on the error for a little while):

tail -200 /var/hda/platform/html/logs/production.log
