Transmission and windows remote gui

Postby OldSkul » Sun Aug 01, 2010 6:57 am

Iam using remote gui for windows but i cant use it with amahi transmission. Is this even possible? If i enter 192.168.1.10 (amahi pc IP) for remote host i get 403 forbidden, unauthorised IP address. If i enter transmission.home.com, its not detected!

What to do? I dont like using web gui!

Have you tired entering just http://transmission? Also, if you don't have your hda working as the dhcp and dns server, that further complicates access.

Thanks. I managed to fix this by editing settings.json file.
I set rpc. whitelist to false. And now it works. Great!
