Squeezebox Server "Service Temporary Unavailable"

I tried installing the Squeezebox Server, it seems to install ok, but when I try to access
http://squeeze.my.domain
I get an error message from Apache saying:
"Service Temporarily Unavailable, The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance or capacity problems. Please try again later."
I know you guys probably need some sort of log file to try and help me, but I don't even know where to look for the log files...
Any help appreciated!

Have you tried restarting your hda? I have noticed that sometimes this app does not start correctly.
Please let us know if that resolves your problem.

Yes, I have tried rebooting the HDA, with the same result.
The one thing I notice is that under hda/setup/apps the Squeezebox server is listed under "installed" but not under "servers".
Is this correct?

also under /var/hda/apps/ there is nothing to indicate that the Squeezebox server has been installed, no directory or anything.
Just thought I'd mention it, I'm sure the app installs in some other directory...
Thanks for your time.

I can't be much help on the app, as I don't have a SB (would like one!). The app is probably installed in /var/hda/web-apps You can also look at the /var/log/amahi-app-install.log for clues.
Hope that helps,
Pat

Thanks for the reply and pointing me to the install directories.
You're right, there is a folder "squeeze" under /var/hda/web-apps but it doesn't include anything but two log-files.
The error log is giving:
"[Tue May 25 19:19:57 2010] [error] (111)Connection refused: proxy: HTTP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:9000 (localhost) failed
[Tue May 25 19:19:57 2010] [error] ap_proxy_connect_backend disabling worker for (localhost)"
The amahi-app-install.log looks good, it states that squeezebox server was correctly installed.
I can't really make anything out of the error messages in the log file, I might have to give up on this one...
Thanks for your help anyway guys!
