Hello,

There could be many potential issues. Recommend you uninstall, reboot your hda, then reinstall. Once reinstall is complete, give it a few minutes before you try accessing the link. Is this a VM or normal machine?

Sometimes the depends do not install correctly. This often due to a Fedora repo not working and it's trying to find another one. The condition often causes the app to time out.

Unfortunately every system is slightly different for app installs. Since there are a few large dependencies installed, it may take it a few minutes to complete them plus the app is 18MB. The entire app install could take up to 5 minutes.

Hope this helps.

That is correct on the Java requirement. It is noted in the special instructions. Also, some app installs do not play well with VMs...so that can be a contributing factor.

Java is needed on any client that is going to use OpenVPN ALS. Hope this clears up your problem.

it's also the jdk that you need. and always keep in the back of the mind that if you update the java, it will probably break adito although you can update the wrapper

Hello,

When you install the app, it installs the JDK as a dependency. For some reason, VMs have an issue some times with large apps. We tested this extensively on live machines with no issues.

Please keep in mind, Amahi was never designed to run on a VM. It often works well, but there are some quirks with VMs that make some things break.

I do make most apps with a VM, but sometimes they do not. Then when I try on the real machine things are fine. Sorry you have had problems with OpenVPN ALS and hope it is now working.
